1About RallyUp

RallyUp is a tool for organizing local pickleball games. We provide SMS-based notifications and tagging features to help users coordinate matches, track play, and invite the right mix of players.

2Your Responsibilities

By using RallyUp, you agree to provide accurate contact information, use RallyUp only for legitimate recreational purposes, respect other players and refrain from abuse or harassment, and follow applicable laws, including those related to texting and communication. You are responsible for any activity conducted through your phone number in the app.

3Messaging Consent

By joining a game or signing up with RallyUp, you consent to receive text messages related to sessions, invites, and reminders. These messages are transactional only, not promotional. You may opt out by replying STOP.

By replying YES to a RallyUp opt-in confirmation, you consent to receive SMS messages related to game invites, reminders, and updates. If a current user provides your phone number to invite you to a game, RallyUp will send a one-time confirmation request. No messages will be sent unless you confirm.

4Account Deletion

To request deletion of your RallyUp session history or profile, email us at hello@joinrallyup.app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

5Service Availability

We do our best to keep RallyUp available and functional, but we offer no guarantees of uptime, delivery speed, or compatibility with all devices and carriers. We may suspend or terminate service at any time without notice.

6Limitation of Liability

RallyUp Connect LLC is not liable for any injuries, disputes, or damages that arise from your use of the app or participation in games organized through it. Use at your own risk.

7Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of RallyUp means you accept the updated Terms.
